I don’t normally think of this end of Monterey Bay as a surfing destination, but I guess it was today. Probably a harbinger of another storm, the surf off of the Jetty Road Beach at Moss Landing was high and wild, and rolling in so close to shore that there was only a few yards of beach left to walk on. Locals stood at the top of the dunes as a handful of surfers attempted to ride the waves in.
