Here’s what you can do with a whole wheat tortilla, tapenade, cheese, some locally farmed basil, and cherry tomatoes:
I spread the tapenade thinly on the tortilla first, then placed the vegies and cheese on top. Cooked it in my toaster oven — about 7 minutes, or until the cheese gets bubbly and starts to glaze the vegetables. You have to watch it carefully because thin tortillas brown quickly.
And it tastes good, too!
