Some very interesting information about garlic (one of my favorite vegetables), and what it takes to produce a garlic crop on Ladybug Letter (by Andy, of Mariquita Farm). By the way, I just ate some green garlic last night, which Michael sauteed with some beet greens, and served on the side with a dish of beef and barley flavored with mustard powder, pepper, and thyme. Yummy.
