More Pizza

It’s true, a lot of pizza is cooked and eaten in my home—mainly because Michael is a great pizza maker. This one is made with spinach, smoked mozzarella cheese, bratwurst sausage, marinara sauce, zucchini, and king oyster mushrooms. It’s on whole wheat crust, and Penzey’s Tuscan Sunset Blend of spices was added to the mix (I’ve written about Penzey’s before). The combination is a bit unconventional, but tasty nonetheless.

  1. I would eat a lot of pizza at home too, if made with these yummy ingredients! Then again, we would need to learn more about how to make a good pizza dough (we probably should start out with pre-made pizza dough).
